There was no heat in our room and when I called the front desk, no one answered. It was below freezing outside. The room was a pet friendly room, so I expected some doggie odor, but this was overwhelming. We have stayed at the Holiday Motel many times and it has never been this bad. The tub was also dripping loudly all night and there were no tissues in the room. It's too bad, because it was our go-to motel on our trips from CA to Utah, but no longer.

Overall, the room was fine except for the following: all the pillows were too soft and both of us had neck issues as a result. Also the carpet is badly stained and should be replaced.
