Staff I came into contact with were pleasant, helpful and seemed happy to help. Breakfast was awesome, our room was very clean and the pool & gym were nice. I do wish we had a microwave in our room and one of the elevators was out of order, but it didn't make any difference for us because we used the stairs. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

My room smelled very strongly of cat urine. As did the entire hallway. The air conditioner worked periodically and was actually falling apart. Paint was peeling off the bath tub. Carpet was torn up in some places. It was quite awful. Complimentary breakfast but it’s not serve until well after you’re already gone in the morning. I travel all over for work and stay in many hotels, this one is definitely in the top as one of the worst!

Find a nicer hotel

Our experience at the Best Western Plus began with the main entrance doors that were out of order. We then had to wait for more than 10 minutes to check in despite only two parties ahead of us and two agents at the desk. Next, we had to fill in vehicle information on the check in agreement despite providing all of this information using online check-in. The agent gave us keys to a room that a) did not work and b) was occupied so we had to go back down to the front desk to secure keys to a new room. The agent was non-apologetic about the mix-up. We headed to the new room only to find a carpet that is soaking wet and made the room very humid for our stay and disgusting to walk on. Had we not been trying to get to our evening engagement we would have asked for yet a third room. Besides the carpet issue, the bathtub had been refinished at some point in time but about 1/5 of had cracked off. The built-in wood door hinges for the refrigerator were defective and would not close all the way. The self-serve coffee maker made pretty bad coffee. The hotel’s second elevator (closest to where we parked our car) was out of service (but no marked as such). The back door exit to the parking lot required you to press a red Exit button on the adjacent wall to exit the building. Just pressing on the door release bar would not open the door. I can’t believe this meet building code. On the positive, the bed was clean and comfortable Needless to say, we will never stay at this hot

We had a very good experience at the hotel. The pillows and beds were comfortable, the accessible bathroom was spacious and the shower was great! The water pressure was amazing! Good breakfast and the employees were all fantastic, kind, friendly, and helpful.
