Down to one elevator. So if your room is on other side of hotel you have to take the only sketchy elevator to your floor then walk to other side of hotel. Bathroom was dirt with hair and bugs in shower and door. Bedroom lamp switch broken. Rusty on most items in hotel and room

Our stay started with a calamity in that a man in the next room began shouting at a woman on the phone -- and kept on going. He was very loud. We asked for a new room and got it quickly. The staff was excellent in helping us with that. The breakfast was excellent, featuring scrambled eggs and sausage, biscuits and waffles (and more). All carpets had been or were being cleaned (the carpet was even still damp). One suggestion for the hotel: The tiny shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were hard to squeeze out -- perhaps a different type of bottle is in order?

Contrary to the website information, the pool wasn't available to use. It was completely empty. Paint peeling on bathroom ceiling, window did not close all the way and wasn't able to be locked, phones in room didnt work, ac made a disruptive noise every time it turned on and off. Stains on carpet and one of the head boards. Complimentary breakfast was large but most of it tasted terrible. Dried puke in the sink of the lobby bathroom. It was cleaned up as soon as I let the front staff know but it had definitely been there awhile. Shower water remained hot but the water pressure is disappointing. Wouldn't recommend.

The elevator was down, the automatic opening front door did not operate. The remote control for the room TV did not operate properly, could not turn the TV on or off with the remote or control volume. Staff was friendly, close to Wake Forest where I was going.

The bathrooms in desperate need of maintenance. Rust, missing drains and terrible humidity throughout the room, make this hotel less than desirable. Do not recommend, and I encourage anyone to find alternatives, how ever further away it might be to your event.

Nice size room, however the bathroom is quite small. The in room ac cools the room but when running can be a bit loud. Breakfast included which is a nice perk.

3 days in 245-243 room

We checked in for 3 nights. The room was nit very good, rusty metals in bathroom, window cannot open and AC not working in smelly room. Asked for ac to be repaired, front desk promissed for service but nothing. Asked again in the morning and after lunch and despite promisses nothing happened. We spent a night w friends and came back the next day to our room 245 and out luggage and clothing and toiletrues all gone. Called the front desk explaining the problem we did not have out formal clothing for that night and no jackets and he hung up on me. Came downstairs to explain in person. An hour later was explained they moved our stuff to other room and located our stuff. Was asked to come and pick up since front desk person could not leave or send someone to bring our stuff. So I come to pick up and was given out luggage and all out stuff in big black trash bag. Imagine evening dress (new with tags) together w shoes, all underware just dumped. Had to spend time to clean and dewrinkle our stuff. Tried to reach Jennifer, the manager for all 3 days and could not by phone (8 times) and in person 5 times. Never there, never available and vmail is full, no one can leave a message. So this is really bad, no communication and especially taking our stuff without telling us. Not acceptable, nobody to complain to or talk.
