Nice people, lovely clean room. Well located near medical center if you have an appointment. A lamp wouldn’t turn on and front desk person replaced the bulbs since no maintenance staff were on duty. Only complaint is that I noticed being charged an extra $30 for “incidentals.” Going to have to call and see what that’s for because I can’t think of anything.

The staff was friendly. I didn't eat breakfast but there was a large variety and very appealing. The hotel was clean, parking was close and my room was very clean. The elevator had paint dried on the floor and walls. Not sure if they're doing renovations or what but I would suggest cleaning that up. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

Room needs a lot of maintenance. The ceiling was turning black. The shower knob was bent. All the grout needs to be redone. Shower door was stuck. Mold on the ceiling of bathroom. Paint crack everywhere. Same tired breakfast every morning. Staff was not to friendly.
