This vacation rental boasts a contemporary kitchen featuring pendant lighting, bright cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The open-concept layout encompasses a living room and dining area, with a table that comfortably accommodates six. The living area is enhanced by a plush sofa and chair, complemented by a gas fireplace, a 42” flat-screen TV, and access to a private deck that offers breathtaking views of the Winter Park Ski Resort from the second floor. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning.
The master bedroom is appointed with a King bed and a generous 32” flat-screen TV, creating an ideal space for relaxation after a day of activities in Winter Park. It also features an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, making it suitable for singles or children. Additionally, another full bathroom is conveniently situated in the main hallway of the unit.
The Clubhouse is just a brief stroll away from this unit located in the second cul-de-sac of the property, with the free town shuttle stops conveniently located just a few steps away.
