Great place to stay!

Great rental and perfect location to ski, sleigh rides, restaurants, groceries, etc. Kitchen was well appointed and everything was in good working order. We found a few minor repairs that needed fixing and Jim the handyman came right over to fix some of it. Only snafu was we didnt get a code to enter upon checkin, but a quick phone call to the office fixed that.

Great rental

The condo was clean and comfortable. Well stocked and easy to use. I only had 2 concerns. The bottom room temperature was always cold and we were never able to get the temperature comfortable. The second "inconvenience" was not have a keypad on the actual unit, needing to go to the front office and to obtain and return keys was tricky but we got it worked out. Overall, we would absolutely stay there again.

It was great, but the check in process communication was not clear if the key was in a lockbox at property, or a lockbox at office. The key ended up being at front desk of the office which was back in town.

Perfect Family Ski Vacation!

A great ski vacation for our family! The condo was perfect for our 7 adults ages 20-60! Lots of room to spread out and not feel like you are on top of each other. Condo was very clean, updated and fully stocked, great service and communication from the management company too! You do have to pick up physical keys to the condo when you check in so the only thing that would make that easier would be a door keypad. Also, we never could find the garage door opener so we just used the wall keypad from inside to open/close the garage door which was not a problem. The condo is furnished very nicely and has a large TV in the living area. The long dining table was perfect for family dinners and games! It was a bit tricky to adjust the single thermostat at night to accommodate guests sleeping on all three levels of the bedrooms. The humidifiers located in each bedroom were very helpful with the dry mountain air. Just fyi, the condo has a gas fireplace so no need for wood and it has a regular coffee pot not a Keurig machine. We liked having use of the private hot tub, but it is located on the side of the house and not protected from the elements so getting in/out was icy and slippery at night, maybe rubber mats might help? The free shuttle to Winter Park base was great and just a short walk from the condo door. It picked up every 30 minutes during the holiday season and took about 20 minutes to get to the ski resort village. The condo has a nice mud room area with benches and a closet to take on/off your ski gear which was very convenient. We were very happy with the condo and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
