The inviting mountain atmosphere, enhanced by the rich wooden furnishings and decor, creates a striking contrast with the bright, airy wall colors and the high vaulted ceiling in this three-bedroom unit situated on the third floor. Guests will enjoy convenient access to the main clubhouse, which is located in the adjacent building, as well as a nearby free town shuttle stop.
The kitchen has been exquisitely renovated, featuring modern stainless steel appliances, fresh countertops, tiled flooring, and a spacious layout that seamlessly connects to the dining and living areas. The dining space provides ample seating, including two additional seats at the breakfast bar.
Guests can relax in the comfortable living room, which is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and complimentary in-unit Wi-Fi. Furthermore, they can step out onto the private deck to take in the view of the surrounding forest from the living area.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, includes a complete en-suite bathroom, and offers the added benefit of a wood-burning fireplace to ensure comfort during the winter sports season.
The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway between the other bedrooms. The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, while the third bedroom features a queen bed. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.

The property management team was great that oversees this place. Close to Winter Park. Clubhouse has 3 hot tubs and DVDs to rent. One room with twin beds had tv with dvd but no access to cable. Loved the fireplace with timer and nice seats to watch the view outside.

Low key comfortable spot

Nice spot very convenient to Winter Park resort and downtown. It had less interior light than I expected from the photos (note: one bulb was out), and quite a bit of traffic noise. However, it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked.
