The prices are so ridiculous for the annual jazz festival, because of the convenience, but there’s no where in Winter Park that is worth $510 for two nights!!

Property was very clean and pleasantly surprised for having some breakfast items (croissants, muffins, cereal, yogurt, etc.) available in the morning.

When I booked it was supposed to be a condo and it turns out it was a motel, so you really need to watch Expedia they will trick you, who pays 280 Night for a motel!!! But the owner was very nice and it was clean. But there was no pool and the Jacuzzi was not working. That was very disappointing cause there nothing like chillin in the mountains in the pools and Jacuzzi in the evenings. I would really want some money back and I'm going to try n pursue that.

We will reserve a room at this property every year now. Staff were friendly. Property was well taken care of. The room was spacious. Breakfast was a great touch. Next time we will use the hot tub.

Perfect spot in town

Comfy beds and friendly staff. Perfect spot right in town and a little AC perfect for out of towners. Not many channels to watch after a days ending but the unique little hot tub helped recover the muscles from a long hike.
