If you're looking for a place to rest your head that also puts you just steps from the river, golfing, and a host of all-ages attractions, this roomy, fifth-floor vacation rental is for you! Store last night's leftovers in the minifridge, heat them up in the microwave, and then kick back, and relax. Outside, you can take in the view off your furnished balcony or head downstairs to explore the area with friends.

Spend your vacation enjoying the many outdoor activities on the Wisconsin River. Pay a visit to Rocky Arbor State Park for a fun hot-weather hike. When it's time for shopping, additional attractions, and several other dining options, take a short drive into Wisconsin Dells less than four miles from the property.

Things to Know
Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands; this includes spa pool, water slides, hot tub, kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website. Our rooms are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water passes.
There are shared laundry facilities on-site.

Indoor waterpark passes are NOT AVAILABLE. INCLUDED: Outdoor pools in front of and behind the RIO CONDOS (seasonal).

Keep in mind that we only manage the room, not the resort itself, meaning our staff is not on the property at all times.

If you need to cancel, please contact the entity that you booked your reservation through to cancel your booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
