If you're looking for a little pampering, Sundara Spa offers luxurious relaxing treatments in a natural pine forest setting just over seven miles away. Winter guests will only be eight-and-a-half miles from Christmas Mountain. But no matter what season you're visiting in, you can always wind down with libations at Broken Bottle Winery and Fawn Creek Winery, both within 11 miles. Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family.

Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away. Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind. Guests may also enjoy access to the shared hot tub located just outside the Vacation Villas at Condo C, in the adjacent building. For ease and comfort, we recommend driving to the complex, though it is conveniently located less than half a mile away. Please note that the hot tub is available on a seasonal basis and is open during the summer months only.
Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
