Newly Renovated Woodstock Cottage - Great location- Pet Friendly

Minutes from downtown Woodstock, our 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage has been totally updated so everything is brand new. Our open floor plan has a full kitchen, hi speed internet, Alexa echo, convenient keyless entry, smart thermostat, laundry room and charming private patio area which makes for the perfect getaway.
We also have a family game room with a foosball table, electronic soft tip dart board and its own 70” Ultra Hi Definition TV with 100+ channels. There is also a desk and office chair

Each bedroom has a 55” Ultra Hi Definition TV (100+ channels). The cozy main living area has comfortable couches and a 70” Ultra Hi Definition TV. Kitchen is complete with silverware, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, beer and wine glasses, Keurig coffee maker (coffee, tea, creamers and sweeteners included), blender and toaster oven.

PARTYING. This is NOT a party house. It's great for family and friends as well as business groups. However, we are not looking for groups whose true intent is to "party" in the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors. So, respectfully, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.

We also limit the cars to three cars (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed.
Fully fenced backyard.

Do you have a dog to bring? (Cats are not allowed) We have a large fenced back yard. Please inform us before arrival. A $99 pet fee, paid before arrival.

Scott and Lisa are nothing less than spectacular hosts! This was our second stay within six months while visiting friends and family in the surrounding area. I am extremely particular, and expect a home that is clean, comfortable, and safe. This home always meet those expectations. The yard is consistently well maintained and we enjoy sitting out on the peaceful patio while our pups enjoy running around the large fenced-in backyard. The neighbors are quiet, the location can’t be beat, and my husband loves being able to walk the pups to the brewery within 10-15 minutes. Honestly, there isn’t anything not to Iike at this home-from the comfortable beds, ice cold AC, stackable W/D, and the ability to walk to downtown Woodstock. Highly recommend this gem for any length of stay.

We needed a location for a quick family gathering and we found the perfect spot.The hosts were great with their communication and the house was adorable. Cute decor, comfortable furniture, large fenced backyard, and everything we needed for our stay.Downtown Woodstock had several shops, park for children, dog park, and walking trails.

Scott & Lisa are warm, welcoming, and responsive hosts, and this Woodstock property was perfect for our Christmas visit with family. We had our dog with us, so the fenced backyard was very helpful. Our granson loved the foosball table. He had his own rules, but he had endless fun.The home was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for us plus family visits.We'll rent again, especially if we need to bring the dog along.

Great little house in great location. Host was very responsive, everything was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a week in Woodstock visiting family. I was working all week from the house, and there was a great workstation in the game room, and the internet service was very fast. The yard was fenced in for the pups. I plan to rent this house again on future visits to Woodstock.

Cozy ranch conveniently located within walking distance to all the breweries and restaurants and shops on Main Street in Woodstock. Comfortable mattresses, nice showers (master as only stayed in that room/shower). Easy check-in process and checkout process. Complimentary waters and snacks provided upon check-in, which was thoughtful. LVP flooring which is great for pups. Small chip in foyer on flooring when we arrived but wasn’t a big deal. Nice bonus room with dartboard and foosball, which we never went into or used but would be nice for kids. Great stackable washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. Overall, a very nice day and you certainly could not beat the location. Would stay there again when visiting family.

What a great place! Clean, comfortable, and close to everything. The beds were comfy and the living room was an awesome space to watch some baseball games.
