The room was prestine and we'll kempt, bathroom with all the traveling needs, clean. Kitchen didn't used, but I used the microwave which is big and potent . A lot of closets. Overall excellent and I will use this residential next time of needing a place to rest

Room smelled like cigarette smoke The steady assistant handle in the shower came off the wall. The toilet was old and took a long time to flush. The front desk had limited hours. Had two keys only one worked.

Room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke even with leaving the window open all night in the hopes of ventilating the room. Was overall not super clean. No staff on site from 8pm until 10am makes it quite hard to contact them with issues. Messaging was great prior to the stay, but once I messaged about the room issues, I got zero response. If they would have had staff on site, I would have requested a new room, but I was on call at the hospital after hours so I just suffered through it. Will not stay here ever again

I was in the area for a training and this wss perfect for a stay. The room was very clean. I was shocked that it had whole kitchenette, mini dishwasher and all! I am going to say upon closer inspection, there were areas it need improving, minor cosmetic things. The water pressure was amazing! Water stayed hot. There was even dishes, pots, pans, utensils, dishwashing soap, role of paper towels, sponge, coffee with coffee pot. I would definitely stay again!
