Oceanfront motel with balcony and miles of beach to explore. Older property but updated with new flooring, beds, furniture and paint. Indoor pool and hot tub. Nice continental breakfast. Our suite had a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces (electric) and 2 TVs, 2 sofas. Office offered free DVDs, books and games to borrow. Only 1.5 miles to Yachets. Will definitely stay here again! My only suggestion is for them to invest in a memory foam topper for the king bed, it was a bit too firm for me.

The staff was wonderful and took care of our requests quickly and efficiently. The view of the beach from our room was exceptional. We had our own little balcony to watch the sunset. The beach has very easy to access, and we enjoyed many walks there. We had a few things we didn't like about our accommodations: First, the beds. We had two rooms with 6 travelers. Two of our beds were very squeaky, one was so bad the staff had to come and try to adjust it to get it quiet enough to sleep on. The second was there were no dressers in the rooms. We had to live out of our suitcases. Not an ideal situation for 4 people in a room! There is space enough in the room for one, they just don't have any. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would recommend it to others wanting a pleasant, well-situated place to stay. They have many other wonderful attributes as well.

Although the place isn't much to look at on the outside, I was very pleasantly surprised when I entered my room, #39, to find it freshly & very tastefully decorated in a safari theme. My only slight dissatisfaction is that I found the sheets a bit scratchy & the pillows too firm, but that's just my preferences. The kitchenette served its' purpose well, and the ocean view was spectacular. Easiest beach access I have found after staying at 20+ hotels/motels on the Coast!! I will definitely stay here at the Silver Surf Motel again.

This dog friendly motel is right on the beach. It’s an older property but it has been well maintained. There’s an indoor pool which the grandchildren love. And there are loaner DVDs and DVD players in the rooms.

It was super quaint and comfy. Throwback vibe, with Cindy beds, soft towels and a killer view. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was better than most chains by far.

The room is spacious and has great view, fully equipped. Breakfast is simple but good. Location is great, right new Thor's well and other attractions. The only down side is the mattress, too saggy.

The pillows were very flat. The bathroom was very small and the shower was not working properly. The bed was good and the location and view were great. The wifi was very good and the tv was good with lots of channels but the cell connection was pretty poor. The breakfast was very minimal...we went elsewhere. Not our type of lodging.

Wonderful location with easy access to the beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage which was great to be able to prepare meals with our 3 kids. The pool and lawn games were fun. They had popcorn and DVDs to check out. It is an older property and breakfast could have been better, but overall it is great! We would definitely stay here again.

I loved this boutique motel! It was so unique, offered lots of activities for families, such as teatherball, corn hole, volleyball net, and fire pit. The breakfast offerings were great, the staff was welcoming and helpful. Every room has a view of the ocean and easy access to it. I will certainly return!
