The train that came every two hours I would have never built a hotel by a working train track This should be mentioned in your ad The furniture in my room needs to be updated the fronts were broken an scratched bad an the bathroom sink needs to be painted or stained. The bed could use a soft topper They were doing some remodeling so maybe all the rooms will be added. The staff was very nice an helpful Hampton inn is my favorite places to stay

Unfortunately

The staff in the restaurant area was very nice and friendly. The staff at the front desk this morning wasn’t personable, understanding or helpful. Asked for a few extra minutes to check out and was informed that the quota had been reached for late checkout. It wasn’t as though I asked for hours just a few minutes. A compromise could have been made for good customer service and satisfaction.

Nice, but disappointed.

We arrived an hour after check in time and was told our room wasn't ready and to leave and come back a lot later. When we were finally able to check in, the room was not what I had booked and they would not make it right. The breakfast was nice, but having to wear wristbands was strange.

Not the best stay we’ve had at this location.

The room was uncomfortably hot when we got there, the refrigerator was warm and the knob to change the temperature was broken off. There was a brown spot on the sheets of one of the beds, that was quite concerning. We also made them aware there would be a family of five in the room there were only three bath towels. Also the stench of weed as soon as we opened the room door as we were leaving could knock you out.
