Loved hanging out at that bar / restaurant after a long drive with the staff Debbie and Jen. Upon arrival the front desk was exceptional with minor problems from my booking. But they could not have been more accommodating or professional! 8 thumbs up because there was 4 of us in party. Thank you for making the last nigh of our trip the best of all are stays!

There was no breakfast unless you paid to eat at their restaurant. Woke up in a cold room due to the power being off. It was end of November and it was freezing out. No hot water to shower. Did not see any staff. And even though expedia says that there are no hidden frees they charged us a credit card fee.

Hotel seemed only half full, but they still checked me into a room at the end of the longest hallway. When I got to the room late at night, there was a very noisy group in the next room, I requested a room change, and was accommodated. The door to the new room was jammed closed, so I needed to get yet another room change. Finally got in around midnight and went to bed. The front desk staff are awesome, they’re super nice and attentive. But the property itself, leaves a bit to be desired, especially for the price. Hot tub, barely worked, only one of two elevators was working, and there was hair/other debris in the room. It’s a 40 or 50 year-old former Holiday Inn property, that’s had a cosmetic upgrade; despite the friendly staff, I was not impressed by the property, and would not stay here again.

PLEASE DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I made a reservation with Expedia and when I got to the hotel-The hotel charged me again for the stay- at first I talked to someone called Nicole at the front desk and she said they were refund me when we leave the hotel. So, when I was leaving she said they won’t refund me and start yelling at me saying that’s not her problem and even saying they were going to call the police on me. It was THE WORST STAY ever. I am extremely frustrated and sad with this situation. I contacted Expedia again and she changed everything saying she was going to refund me. Also, I tried to go to that hotel because of the pool, and the pool was dirty. What a terrible experience. 😔

The front desk staff were courteous. There was ample parking space. There was a pool but it was full of kids. The room was a underwhelming. It seemed clean but one of the bed skirts were hanging off as if the bed wasn’t finished being made. It was outdated, the bathroom was very small and there was rust on the shower railing. You had to flush the toilet a few times to get toilet paper to go down. You can also hear other people flushing toilets. We had someone flushing about 6 times at 3am. The room lighting was horrible and you can hear everything going on in the hallway. The elevators were very small, we felt very claustrophobic and can’t imagine someone fitting in with a wheelchair or scooter. Overall I think the price we paid for the above description was a little on the higher side.

If you like to wake up to a cold shower in the morning, this is your place. Clean enough. Spent two nights, as did the a groups of young cheerleaders, hockey players and lacrosse teams. Our door apparently locked but could be pushed open easily by anyone. We didn’t let any of this spoil our trip..

The room was shabby, as was the entire floor we stayed on. A room near us reeked of marijuana and permeated the entire floor, pool area, and our room. The staff was aware, and asked us where we thought it was coming from upon checkout. Will not stay here in the future.

the housekeeping was so bad most of the staff were rude. the hot tub did not work. the window in the room would not close the overall floors we so dirty could not go barefoot from bathroom to bed. the grime on the heater was so bad i cleaned it. would not go there again.

These people accused of us smoking in the room. My husband and I were outside almost all night. They tried to charge me $250. If I was going to smoke in the room I wouldn't have been outside half the night. Never again will I stay at this hotel
