The hot tub wasn't open 😕. The room was ice cold when we arrived so put the heat up to 70 & then was too hot all night even after we turned it down to 30. Very difficult to regulate. The staff was pleasant however & the location was okay but sadly no ocean view from our room. Seemed uber expensive for what we got but was clean & free parking.

We stayed in the king room with balcony and loved it! The room was HUGE! The balcony had an ocean view and we enjoyed every second of our stay. If the staff wasn’t at the desk they were there within seconds of pressing the bell to assist. Can’t wait to be back next year for our yearly trip to York!

Choose your room carefully!

There were stains on the sofa, rug and chairs. The bed was a residential spare bedroom type, not a commercial hotel bed. People were nice, but haven't offered an explanation or talk about a refund, so after service service isn't good either Broken blinds.

The property has lost the charm it had from the previous owners. Rooms and bed were much smaller than when I stayed here last. Had issues with the ceiling fan and the TV all weekend. TV would randomly turn off and ceiling fan had 1 speed. - very slow. Room not cleaned on Saturday - had to ask for clean towels. I was very disappointed and will probably not stay here again.

Decent value for the price

Not a bad place to stay. Our king deluxe room (#11) was spacious and comfortable. They could invest in larger TVs, but at least there is one. Room was clean and in decent shape for the most part - carpet was quite stained. Pool area, and hot tub in good shape and clean. Pretty good value for the price.
