Friendly atmosphere, great customer service.

Had a late check in and was dead tired from a long trip. Was greeted by one of the most friendly gallery hosts I've ever met. The gentleman was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. I only apologize that I was in such a stupor from travel that I failed to get his name or properly thank him for making my check in experience easy. The same can be said for the gentleman working the desk the next morning when I checked out. Just overall a very friendly staff and atmosphere. The only thing I didn't like was the hardness of the pillows, but that's a preference thing and not on the Hotel. Shower worked great, and everything else as well. There isn't crap on TV anymore but I just needed the bed.

My Go To Hotel Choice

The checking in was smooth. The room was exactly what i wanted. Asked for a room furthest from highway. Breakfast was perfect and staff helpful. They should give guests opportunity to tip by a sign or tip box. Stayed at a variety of hotels and this has been my new go to for getting what i need away from home.
