Yuma stay

We stayed in a king room which was very spacious with a sitting area with mini fridge and microwave. The room was very clean, the bed was a little firm for me but my husband prefers a firmer mattress so it was great for him. The bathroom was very clean with great amenities. Breakfast had both hot and cold items and was really good. We would stay here again if in the area.

Overall the facility was great. A few picky things which could help: plumbing access above shower was rusting and needs painted. One of the outlets in the room didnt have power. Had issues with card keys not working. Room was very clean and the location was perfect for us.

Poor Management

Booked for 5 friends and we checked in when we asked for the rollaway bed I was told it would be brought up. At 9pm we were told we couldn’t have one the only thing they would do is give us a room for the 5th person but we would have to pay additional $100.00 dollars. I spoke to the rude manager who used profanity Morgan Gehlot he told me that’s to bad he couldn’t help me told me I could leave or pay another hundred. The manager should not be allowed to treat guests like this. The fifth guest slept on the chair
