We had basic expectations for the low price, worse than anticipated. Very poor condition, even for the price (paint, rusted bathroom fixtures, rotting balcony). But, it was the lack of cleanliness that made it unbearable. Hair, stains, and unidentified dried splatter next to bed.

Great rate on room. Delicious complimentary coffee in the lobby. Disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. Great location of Vernon. Close to Casnio, superstore, restaurants and highway.

The Castle at Swan Lake
Clean room, large rooms, comfortable bed, fireplace was on when we arrived on a dreary wet day. Staff was very friendly at the front desk.

Quality Inn & Suites
Staff was friendly and courteous, room was average clean. TV did not function, hardly any TP in bathrooms and when asked for more got a partial roll. Giant flood lights shine directly into room from parking lot, could be redirected at the parking lot instead of the exterior of the building. Noise ...
