The staff were very friendly and approachable. The room was clean, the window coverings just a little stained but seemed clean. Only problem I found was the room was a long distance from the front door and all other exit doors were only for emergency use. Would be good if I could parked closer to ...

The property is dated but you can still feel the echoes of the 1911 Grand Dame she used to be. Excellent staff; Fresh breakfast and terrific pool - clesn, deep and made for swimming.

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Thunder Bay
Room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast the first morning was a little disappointing but the second morning it was much better. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this hotel.
