"The gentleman at the desk was trying someone and he was so very rude. I was told that there was a $100 deposit which I had no idea at the time I reserved. He pointed at a sign on the tall desk, mind you I’m only 4’11” I said okay no worries but when will I get my deposit back. He rudely said “if ..."

"Breakfast is $30 per person! What?! Kids are $20 with taxes and a 20% gratuity included! I fell for it but you don’t have to. There’s McDonald’s nearby it won’t cost you an arm and a leg. Free shuttle to the airport."
