Been there twice already and each time it’s a pleasant stay. I like that there is shopping stores and restaurants so close by. The hotel staff was great and during this last stay we had an awesome bartender Rick. He was very friendly and suggesting places to check out. As out of towners we definitely appreciated that. We will continue to stay there when in Hollywood.

We were supposed to get a $31 food and drink credit for being platinum Expedia members, and we did not. We also thought the $35 destination fee daily was super expensive for wifi (being the only amenity we used), super pricey for wifi that went out every few minutes.

Nice but not all that

My room had no microwave, and the conditioner was out for both days of my stay. The tv cable doesn't offer Disney Chanel for kids, or any good channels. Parking is far if tou do self parking, and is confusing the connection with the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay!! . The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what really stood out was the customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From check-in to check-out, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!
