Great hotel to stay when visiting specifically the Hollywood/West Hollywood area. Metro is near by and restaurants also (literally across the street and the hotel itself had a great restaurant and coffee shop. Staff were super attentive, friendly and helpful. I would recommend and definitely stay there again.

The room was amazing, we ended up getting an upgrade to a corner room with amazing views of West Hollywood. The staff was very nice and checked in with us the entire stay. Also the upgrade comes with free perks and discounts at certain attractions. 10/10 would stay again!

From the Valet parking staff to Pamela at the front desk our initial impressions of the hotel were great. We were very pleased with our decision to stay at Loews Hollywood Hotel. You truly are in the heart of Hollywood. Our room 2039 had amazing views of the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory and skyline overall. Watching the sunrise over LA from our room was beautiful!

The location was great! Walking distance to many cool places and things to see. The room was... ok. Average. There were a lot of gouges and scratches in the walls and some stains on the lamp shades. Fingerprints on the doors. Needed a good wipe down to be honest. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

The room was nice and had the view we wanted. It was clean. It's definitely an older hotel you can tell by the shower, but it was fine. Staff did not tell us about a $35 destination fee, only found out when we got home and the email came, letting me know it was charged on my card. I tried to tell the customer service team that we were not informed of this and therefore unable to take advantage of any of the perks, we so called paid for. They will not refund the money and said I should have gotten an email from the 3rd party we booked with. Nice way of making $35 off each guest.
