We had a 1 hr wait for our room to be ready .spacious and clean but tatty and needing redecorating .wallpaper hanging off the walls shabby furniture. Towels and bedding good. below average standard. The room was really nicely done and I appreciated the little extra touches like biscuits, hot chocolate sachets, and nice bramley toiletries.
