Staff are always friendly. I remember this used to be the Holiday Inn. I miss that they had cucumber mint water in the lobby. Maybe we can get this back. Other than that, everything was amazing. I had my 1 year old grand daughter, and they accommodated with a crib. That was nice!

The Tangerine - A Burbank Hotel
Location, walkability, convenient places to eat close by, pool was great staff was very helpful. It’s a unique spot which made it a fun experience.

Safari Inn Burbank/Universal, a Coast Hotel
Room was clean, sheets had a little stains and the room had a musty smell. Besides that it was a safe location. Staff was friendly. Shuttle to universal was very convenient.

Hilton Los Angeles Airport
Very convenient for the airport with free shuttle service. Hotel looks very swish downstairs but the room and especially bathroom were very tired. Small snack shop exceptionally expensive, $6 for a small bottle of water. Nice breakfast buffet.
