The location for this hotel is perfect because it is quiet and calm, yet easy to walk around everywhere. Breakfast was good, and staff were kind and welcoming. The room was perfect and modern. All amenities were perfect, and they even had a self-service washer and dryer.

Hotel focus on big groups not for couples Terrible bar restaurant music for young generation and loud It took 30minutes for check in only 1 person in front desk 20 minutes latter another came to help No city maps or tourism information at front desk

The Hoxton Florence
The Staff at the Hoxton were very nice, enjoyed chatting with them, and they answered all questions. They helped arrange a very early taxi pickup - 4 am. Our stay was ALMOST perfect. We got the wellness suite, and the sauna was broken for our entire stay. We asked to get maintenance in and check on it 3 times and they didn’t fix it because they thought it was working because they wouldn’t stay in the room long enough to make sure that it was working. ...
