Courteous staff. Hotel is located on the strip across from the Bellagio. Very convenient. Loves the new restaurants in the hotel, but like everywhere in Vegas they are pricey.

Parking is hard to find. Call the hotel and they will guide you. The mall itself smells like urine and B.O but once you get to the hotel and casino it doesnt stink. The room itself was super clean

I love the flamingo hotel but their were times when my room wasn't completly clean and my pillow was flipped over was very disappointed. The day before my my departure my floor wasn't vacuumed had to call keeping after staff clean my room but didn't get anyone after twice calling houe keeping somone ...
