The room was very clean, staff was amazing! I love that they still provide service each day. The pool and hot tub are down. I know that needs to happen periodically, but wish it would have been on the website. Would have still stayed here, but would not have built the hot tub excitement into my trip.Still a solid 4 1/2 stars!

Check in was outstanding. Yet, aside from the very courteous woman who checked me in, not all staff members were friendly and courteous. Could have been much better! Secondly, the heater wouldn't work for more than two hours (it was under 50 degrees outside) and my room was very cold - while waiting and hoping to turn on. I finally contacted the front desk, thinking I should get another one. Instead, a maintenance guy showed up and reset the thermostat. Parking area isn't well lit either.

I stay here on occasion when visiting Napa. Staff is always great. My room was clean vut rhe toilet took three flushes and the heater was extremely LOUD. Woke me up out of my sleep it was that loud when it xame on.

My stay with my family was just perfect! The check-in to checkout was smooth. The room alone was very well kept up and clean. The hotel was in a nice location to get around. We ate breakfast at Table 29 Bistro and it was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back here again soon.
