There was a bit of an issue when we checked in. We booked two Premier King rooms for three nights and asked for them on the same floor, but we ended up with different floors and the wrong room type. Luckily, Noelier at reception sorted everything out the next day. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great spot, right by the canal with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back next time we’re in Amsterdam.

This is truly a rare 5 star hotel. The facilities, services and location are all perfect. The staff are attentive, friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It has hardwood floors which is very rare for a hotel. The hotel staff is the star of this place. They are prompt with requests through WhatsApp. It takes literally 1 second to get a response and 5 minutes for the delivery of anything you need. Hotel breakfast is wonderful with many choices. Mido made special tea for my husband who was under the weather. He brewed a pot of tea with ginger, lemon and honey. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Amsterdam.
