I was in the 4th floor and carrying suitcases all the way to top was a pain. It’s in the heart of Amsterdam so very easy access to see places. Amenities were sub par.

The property is ideal if you want to visit most of the tourist places. That’s the one plus, the rest is pretty basic if not poor. We were concerned that the dreaded bed bugs mentioned in numerous reviews would be an problem, the good news is we never had an issue with them. So all in all, value for money if you want o be near to everything, not value for money for the rest

Room was basic and a wee bit tired in places but the bed was spotless clean and they changed it everyday. The balcony was a good size and the stairs you defo need to be able bodied. A great place to stay though and I would defo stay again.

Location was great in relation to the city and things to do. Our room however was attached to a private balcony that went to the room next door to us. The guys were extremely loud all night and banging on our windows and walls and it was very loud and we did not get much sleep. Also the shower had a terrible smell if we didn’t keep the door constantly closed.

Perfect location. No room for clothes, or anything really. No hooks in the bathroom. Room window didn’t close, so room was quite chilly. Hairdryer didn’t work. Wi-Fi was down the first few days. But location was really good.

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay. It was a large clean room, which was cleaned every day that we were there, with new towels provided. The people working on reception were really nice and the location was absolutely perfect and excellent for exploring the city! We would stay again when coming to Amsterdam!!

Was fine because I was there just one night however I was shocked that the first question I asked prior to even checking in was for the WiFi the lady checking me in lied to me that I just didn’t work in the reception however I later found out it had been down all day. I was counting on WiFi as I had to finish something for my next stay. This ended up costing me 100s of pounds.

Room was clean, staff were lovely. Steps were alot to get to room but thats part of the fun. The room was perfect for what we wanted/needed. Ideal location too, close to everything. Smoking was allowed on the balcony too which was great.
