Entire street had no electricity from 09:30 am til 03:57 pm. Of course it was out of our hands and having check in after 03:00 pm 57 minutes late could give an excuse for our city. No one in the world can give you 100% guarantee that you will be provided by electricity without blackouts. You should be correct giving information and not misleading other people. The information regarding reception located at different property is available on the site. We understand that sometimes people can make wrong choice just orienting on the price during reservation but we advise to read carefully description, policies and fine print.
