The first room I was given had mould growing on walls, in the second room the air conditioning was throwing out lumps of black dust: finally the third room was adequate. Lift was broken for last 24 hours, so it was a painful walk to forth floor

Great location for the city. Easy to get to from Amsterdam central station. Our room was in the 5th floor facing the back, not much of a view but very quiet considering the location

Great spacious room in a great location; right next to the Royal Palace. Expected it to be noisy due to it’s prime location but was surprisingly quiet and had great night’s sleeps. No issues at all and staff were friendly.

Nice check-in personel. Rooms, toilet and showet small, not too much space for yr luggage. Anyway very close to Dam and other tourist traps :), good location

Hotel war sehr zentral wir konnten alles zu fuss oder Tram erreichen. Sauberkeit in den Zimmer war wenig mangelhaft sonst alles top…
