Location is what is best at this hotel. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was adequate. No problem checking in or out. Was able to leave my luggage at hotel.

Check in time was at 14:00pm we got there 10 minutes early we was told we had to wait another hour so we walked round for an hour and come back to attempt to check in once more and we was told we had to wait another hour in the end 2 hour and half went by and we got to check in to our hotel room however our key didn’t work and we needed a member of staff to open it every time we wanted to get back into the room, the plug at the side of the bed made noises when I attempted to plug something in so we was unable to use it. We won’t be staying at the hotel again.
