The hotel was in a great location, close to both the Central Station and Dam Square. Check in was quick and easy and the receptionist was very helpful. My room was small, but comfortable and the shower was really good. It was useful to have a vending machine for drinks and snack, and although I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, it was good to have that as an option.

This hotel was located perfectly for Central Amsterdam with great staff and mostly very clean. However, for me the issue was with having a toilet in the room with no division and no door - I was in a single. I felt this was slightly unhygienic. Other than that, fab.

Fantastic Hotel and Friendly Staff

Fantastic Hotel very close to all transport and tourist spots. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast hot and fresh every day. We stayed as a family and enjoyed the proximity to many attractions like Royal Palace, Dam Place and Farmers Market.

Check in time was an immovable object. This was annoying at best. We figured we may be early and would have to check our bags which was fine and that was the plan but were told that our room was ready; but, if we wanted to check in early, at noon, it would cost another 50 Euros....why....made no sense whatsoever!

Amazing location!

Ideal location just a few minutes walk from Amsterdam Central Station, lots of places to eat and drink along the road, main tramline right outside the hotel taking you to Museumplein and other locations. Amazing breakfast, great value for money, try the pancakes! Would definitely stay here again.
