Small Shower with no pressure and temperature change while in use, no fridge, no water in vending machine, uncomfortable bed and pillows. Bad soap! Safe area, big room, no AC at this time, fan in the room, you need to open windows. Did not try breakfast

Very nice hotel in a nice neighbourhood.

We were warmly greeted and made to feel like honoured guests. The room was a decent size and had all the things you would need for your stay. We only stayed one night as a stopover on our way home but definitely would stay there agin on a longer trip. We had the breakfast which was good and very typical European meat and cheese breakfast. They also had freshly made scrambled eggs which was a treat. Coffee, latte, juice etc were all included in the breakfast. The location was on a quiet side street which was only a few minutes walk from trams and bars and restaurants. If you are headed to or from the airport, this hotel is about a 3 minute walk to the airport bus stop. That was great. My only negative is that the bed was a little narrow and a bit soft for my liking but it was still a decent bed.

While we found the location very nice, we wouldn't stay again. In all the hotels thru Europe we have stayed in past this is by far the worst water/shower pressure. Literally a trickle. And the beds are super uncomfortable along with the humongous crazy thick pillow. But the shower is the main reason we would never recommend this hotel

Check-in was quick and simple. David at reception was very professional and assisted with some great referrals for restaurants and areas to see around town. Breakfast was very good, Amra and her coworker were very pleasant and always helpful. The room was quiet and very clean. I would strongly recommend for friends to stay here.

The hotel itself is great. There's breakfast (I didn't get any but €12 isn't bad when a cup of coffee at the nearest coffee shop was more than €4). Elevator is a huge plus. I never felt unsafe. It's in a quiet area between the museums and Anne Frank House, 15-25 min walk to most things. There is a tram stop just 2 min away which requires a Metro connection to/from the Central Station but it's not difgicult. Line 13 isn't in service anymore. Verdict is, I would stay here again.

Great place to stay in Amsterdam.

The hotel itself was very nice and located in walking distance of so many things. The staff was excellent. I think the lady at the front desk was named Amra. She was amazing and so nice and helpful! Also, the breakfast was excellent every day, and we stayed a full week. We loved it!
