Loved staying at this hotel! It’s in a great spot, super close to the canals — perfect for exploring Amsterdam. The room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable. The whole place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that made it easy to feel at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Our small Double room was perfect for our needs. It was quiet at night and we were happy to have a tower fan available just in case we felt too warm. Having an elevator was also a bonus.

Oustading staff and great location. However, our mattress needed to be replaced, it did not have enough support for 2 people. Also the hotel does not have central air and the weather was quite warm while we were there making it difficult to sleep.

The staff and location were wonderful. The building was typically Dutch with very steep stairs, but the elevator helped with luggage, We had reserved 3 rooms and they were able to put 2 of them next to each other. Two of the rooms were just fine, absolutely no complaints, The third room (352) was not good. For me the smell of urine from the bathroom was horrible, the towel rack had come off the door and not replaced or repaired, the bath room trash can was broken. It seemed as if.the room hadn’t been fixed up yet? The alley where the hotel is situated does not like the picture at all, but as I said the only real negative was th smell which we did report and no change was evident. I did appreciate the wonderful hospitality as we checked in-the hostess was a delight,

Great location in Amsterdam

The beds are small but comfortable. Not a lot of amenities but the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is basic but adequate and the coffee machine is nice. The location is great and I overall it was a great stay.
