Lage ist top mitten in der Stadt. Hotel ist heruntergekommen ebenso die Einrichtung. Zimmer sind sehr klein und schmuddelig. Positiv das Personal ist sehr freundlich

Die Lage war super, man war schnell im Shoppingviertel, in 5-10min am Hauptbahnhof und zahlreiche Restaurants und Coffeeshops waren in der Nähe. Aber es war sehr LAUT am Morgen, wegen der Aufräumarbeiten draussen und Bauarbeiten. Das Personal an der 24h Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber die Hygiene und Sauberkeit der Dusche Löss zu wünschen übrig. Der Duschvorhang war sehr dreckig und der Boden vor der Dusche war auch nicht sauber. Es war mir sehr unangenehm zu duschen. Die Toilette war sehr klein aber ok.

About Staff

Pros: Very good place but it wasn`t real hotel, I will say that is like a questhouse.
Cons: Bed clothes! Every room have to be non-smoking room.
Location: Amsterdam Centraal (railway station) is very near and every little streets. Madame Tussaud Museum is near.
People who work in reception was very kindly (man and woman). Hotel room was small and without own toilet, we have just a dusche. Our room was on the 2. floor and stair to up was very difficult but you know, it is very old house and we knew it already so it wasn't problem. The older woman who works in kitchen on Friday morning 8.September was nice and friendly, real Sunshine there. On Saturday we met a younger woman there and looks like she hated that job. She sprang after guest who left a tray on the table and say to him quite hard that "you have to bring your tray, don't let it on the table." We didn't heard what the guest answered but he didn't come back so that woman rope after to him "remember that next time!" Aggravated behavior... I asked about bread roaster if something is wrong with it because I tried to warm my bread two times but they was still cold. She took my bread with own fingers (!) and say that they are ok but if I will warm bread, I have to wait, baguette is coming. Well, I waited, got my baguette and sat again at our table. But, that wasn´t enough to her because she came to us with same cold bread in fingers, put it on my tray and say something to me with angry sound. Jesús, looks like she had very bad day! Or, perhaps she is better in some other job...
