This was a superb boutique hotel for us to stay in. It was quiet and had all the amenities we needed. Lighting was excellent in the room, and all aspects of the room worked well. Staff was friendly and helped in whatever ways we needed. We would stay here again!

The hotel staff were kind and very helpful. The room was small, but clean and nicely appointed. The location was great, right on one of the major canals. I walked everywhere from the lovely location of this hotel!

The staff at the desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. We arrived early, they took our bags and checked them behind the desk for us which allowed us to tour the city for a few hours until our room was ready. Our accommodation was comfortable, clean, and modern. We didn't care for the scents of the provided shampoos and body wash (very spicy), but that's minor - glad we had our own. We were located next to the main door on the first floor which is very loud and does not close gently, so be prepared for a lot of slamming noises - many people are not considerate of others. The hotel is very reasonably priced and in walking distance of a lot of great things; wonderful location for food, attractions, canal stops, etc. Would definitely use this hotel again.

The location is ideal for walking to any of the sites we wished to visit ( Anne Frank’s House; Van Gogh; etc). Service from the staff was wonderful. They were very helpful with requests involving food, taxi fares and luggage storage due to our early arrival. A great place to see Amsterdam from…watch out for the bikes!

Great Stay in Amsterdam

We had a wonderful stay. Sebastian's team was friendly and helpful. The location was in a beautiful canal neighborhood a short walk to the central train station. We were able to walk to museum and other sites.

Quaint hotel in the heart of Amsterdam.

Small hotel, but quaint. Great location on the ca al, and you can walk to everything. We had a double double room as our adult son was staying with us. The room was a good size with a very nice large bathroom with a separate tub and shower. it was very quiet at night so we all slept well. I would recommend it to friends, but dont think I'd stay there again as there are many choices in Amsterdam for less money. Keep in mind there's fairly large city tax that they charge you when you check in.

Sebastian's Hotel is located in an area that is within walking distance (if you are relatively fit) of Central Station, the Rjiks Museum, the VanGough museum, Anne Frank House, (many other museums), numerous canal tour companies, lots of parks, restaurants and bars, and a variety of shopping opportunities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here.
