We stayed in a room that seemed to be not often used. The fridge didn’t work and half of the inside security lock had just never been installed. As hard as we tried, we couldn’t figure out the heat in the room do it just kept getting hotter and hotter. They don’t have the front desk staffed past 11pm so there was no one that could help us. There were no windows to open just an exterior glass door, so we opened that. As we were in a ground floor room this made us quite concerned for our safety.

This is by far my favorite hotel in Amsterdam! I’ve stayed at many places and this one takes the crown! Friendly, kind and helpful staff! Location was amazing right in front of the canal but still very private and quiet at night. This hotel is a perfect combination of old architecture and new renovated interiors, smart TV, AC, Heater, beautiful bathroom and rain shower. Offering Top quality care products, they use my fav brand called Rituals, shampoo, body wash, hand soap and body lotion all top products that smell delightful! We qualified to have a welcome drink at the bar and they do have a great selection of drinks. I didn’t want to leave and I’ll be back again! Thanks for everything

The staff were so helpful. The map supplied by the hotel showed the tram and bus network, as well as the hotel location, which was incredibly helpful to us. The room was clean, and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in!

Our stay at Hotel Sebastian was wonderful. Kim was OUTSTANDING! Very helpful, kind, above and beyond. Our room was lovely, comfortable bed and pillows. Heated towels in the bathroom, ooooooo! Clean throughout. Good location.
