The hotel was conveniently located near the Central Station easy to walk to after arriving by train. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I would definitely go back if I were to travel back to Amsterdam.

For a European room it was quite large, but the "twin" beds were very narrow to the point I literally fell out while trying to roll over. Staff were very friendly, but (at least some) are not trained in all of the technology in the room, such as the tv/tablet. We asked for assistance in finding any Englush options or at least turning on subtitles, but the front desk was not familiar with the system. She tried to show us how to "cast" from our phones to the tv using the tablet, but could not get it to work.

Worst hotel room ever

Probably the filthiest room I have ever seen. It was so bad, we went back downstairs along with photographic evidence to request another. Probably for the best none were available. A blessing in disguise! Checked out and requested refund. Lady at reception was lovely. No manager on duty and they really didn’t care. Honestly, how this place gets good reviews is beyond me.

Cozy hotel right in the middle of Amsterdam. You can see the hotel when you exit the station and then it's a 5-10 minute walk. There are ample stores and restaurants of all price ranges nearby. Come by bike or public transport as there is little parking available. The room was small but very clean. Shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was surprisingly good for such a small hotel. They had bacon, eggs and little pancakes as well as a standard assortment of cold cute and pastries. The coffee was very good and I felt the breakfast was worth what we paid. If you don't end up with the hotel breakfast, there are ample other places to eat nearby.

This hotel is so central for everything. We had a 3 night stay, it’s a 6 minute walk from Centraal Station on is on a tram line. Walking distance to Dam Square and 5he shopping district.
