This corner room on the first floor was beautiful, modern and large floor to ceiling glass on both sides and super view of the street activity, including lots of bicycles and trams. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - my wife had an injury to her hip immediately prior to our arrival at the hotel and the staff fetched a wheelchair quickly and assisted us. We were able to keep the wheelchair our entire stay. Beautiful building in a quiet area with lots of trees near the canal. A wonderful stay - I highly recommend this hotel! Lots of families, and it seems to be family-friendly as well.

The property was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I made a mistake in my second booking but they were able to accommodate me. The bar and great cocktails with a skilled bartender. The gym and spa are nice but I wish they were open a bit longer

Understaffed and poorly managed. You cannot get front desk up respond or room service to pick up phone. They will chase you for signature even for $7 bottle of water when you told them your room number to charge. They have a low quality Indonesian restaurant on site. Breakfast is good. No pool or anything got kids. So my kid was bored staying at the room

Quiet area. Near public transportation, but a good 25 min walk from city center. Lovely rooms. Helpful staff. Excellent restaurant and bar, which stayed open late. The only disappointment was the limited food offerings in The Club room.
