It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. At check in i approached the counter and said I would like to check in and the person at the counter told me “I’m finishing something “, after he checked us in he didn’t give us any information about breakfast ( it was included in my reservation) . The place is very nice it’s composed of I think 25 houses so it’s a labyrinth. The bathrooms next to the breakfast weren’t very clean and we were not allowed to use the gardens and relax there unless you were going to eat. Breakfast was very good and the location is great clise to the Royal palace and Anne Frank’s house Overall an ok stay

The Pulitzer Amsterdam is hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I was there with my daughter for her HS graduation trip- 4 nights in Paris, then 3 nights in Amsterdam. The Pulitzer is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Amsterdam, walk to everything. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms were lovely- spotless, very comfortable beds with new marble bathrooms

Excellent Hotel - Great Location

Excellent hotel on one of the nicest canals in Amsterdam. The hotel has a superb courtyard garden, which is a beautiful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A wonderful place to stay in a great area of the city.
