Lovely hotel with helpful staff

Enjoyed our short city break and was a pleasure to stay at this lovely hotel. The head bar man Dennis, knew his drinks and was very friendly, Only downside is having to chase the holding deposit which as yet has not been refunded back to my card!

Fantastic get away

absolutely fantastic hotel! beautiful architecture, fantastic clean and spacious rooms and staff are wonderful! perfect location would highly recommend :)

not impressed :-(

Best thing about Sofitel Amsterdam Hotel was quietness. Our room was looking to the courtyard and it was very quite. Our luggage been hold by the hotel staff when we arrived. And didn't deliver to our room. After two calls to reception and 50 minutes later, still no luggage. I went back reception and get our luggage myself from luggage room :-(. It was very disappointing. Not very welcoming at all. Not a great first impression.

Das Hotel ist jeden Franken wert!! Das Personal, das Zimmer, das Frühstück...alles verdient die Bestnote! Habe noch selten ein Hotel gebucht, das überall die Bestnote verdient! Kann das Hotel jedermann wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Schwachpunkte? Fehlanzeige!

Magnifique hôtel et belles prestations. Accueil chaleureux et personnel aimable. Prix de la chambre et du parking démesurés. A noter que le petit déjeuner et les taxes de séjour ne sont pas compris ds le prix attention aux mauvaises surprises au moment du paiement!
