Dear Albert, Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to write a review! We hope you had a wonderful time in Amsterdam and enjoyed the neighbourhood. We designed our breakfast menu to have a lot of choice for our guests instead of having a standard buffet. If you book in advance it's just €12.50 to choose any breakfast from the menu and included is tea or coffee and a glass of orange juice. We are sorry this did not suit you and that your waitress didn't speak German or Dutch as you would of liked, we do always try to have multilingual staff working together so there is at least always one person speaking dutch. We would be happy to see you again should you return to Amsterdam. In the meantime, kind regards from the whole Bank Hotel team
