The staff were nice and friendly. The facilities are dated and have been under renovations for several years. Our room was a ‘suite’ which was two rooms joined together. Shower pressure was minimal. Fridge made noise all night. Sofa bed needs replaced, carpet needs cleaned or replaced and A/C doesn’t circulate well. It’s hard to believe that Disney lists this hotel as a Good Neighbor hotel. The welcome sign in the room was a Manila folder and medical tape or masking tape??? Overall it was clean and the 2 queens were comfortable enough. It worked for a group of Girl Scouts who were used to tent camping.

The hotel in general was nice pool was great and warm only thing that sucked was the food and the hidden fee for parking charge and there should be a quiet time next door people were loud and the front desk didn’t do anything about it

This hotel was great fun. Our room was clean and had lots of towels. Breakfast was served from 630 to 930 and there was plenty to chose from. My daughter swam in the pool everyday. So close, we walked to Disney. We loved it here!
