Stayed here due to the proximity to Disneyland and were thrilled with how quick and convenient it was to get to the park. About a 5 minute walk along a safe sidewalk. The lobby was nicely decorated for the Halloween season and the staff were all very pleasant.

Definitely not what it looks like in the pictures or description. It’s very old, smelled, beds very uncomfortable and room was dirty. No elevator in building we were placed in. My granddaughter was poked by a safety pin that was in the carpet. It was disgusting.

The staff was friendly, but a bit stiff and they had great housekeeping. The bathroom set up was terrible. I prefer the sink outside of the toilet/shower so there is more counter space. The coffee in the room and the lobby were awful. I make better coffee at home with the Costco brand. There are several places to eat around the hotel, but we prefer at least a free breakfast with the prices charged.

Lovely stay! Not many frills but the coffee, popcorn and infused water were all great touches. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to return! 8 minute walk to Disneyland entrance can’t be beat.

Grand Legacy is one of my “go to” places when visiting Disneyland. It’s super close to the park. Rooms are clean, the staff is so friendly and accommodating! Water pressure in our room was fantastic. My only complaint is that the air conditioning unit was up towards the ceiling. I’m only 5 feet tall, so I had to pull over a chair to access it. At 64, it’s not as easy as it used to be! lol! But it worked great! Won’t keep me from staying though. I’ve yet to check out the 5th, but it’s on my list!

We had a good time and the hotel staff were friendly. The biggest complaint I have is the doors let in a lot of noise. We had neighbors that were talking in an average voice but it came through the connecting door and woke us up quite often. Same goes for the main door into the room. So much sound came through and there were gaps between the door frame and the door. One more thing is there was no shampoo in the room which I feel like shampoo is expected but that's me being picky....I should have just packed my own but still, it would be nice if that were provided.

Really great place to stay right across the street from Disneyland. I think the only issue we had was the AC. It worked but every time it turned off, while on auto, sounded like it was breaking. Also only one elevator I’m working kinda sucks. Hopefully they fix that soon. Other than that really happy with my stay. I would stay there again and probably will.

Great location to Disneyland. Easy walk, and good, convenient dining options around the area. Water pressure in our bathroom sink was too little and the toilet handle felt like it didn’t work but you had to apply a little more pressure than normal. Otherwise good hotel and room.
