Likes the close proximity to Disneyland. The staff was very polite and the rooms were clean. Would have preferred an elevator to the upper floors and there were no usb ports in the rooms. The television channel selection was not to our liking. Booked two rooms and asked if they could be close to each other but they were ten rooms apart. Both rooms were also not ready by 4 pm.

The room was nice and very close to Disneyland, very convenient but the beds were uncomfortable. Everything else was great, they just need to update their mattress.

Stayed at this hotel because my son had a wedding to attend at the Disneyland hotel. This hotel was close to stores and restaurants and walking distance to downtown Disney. The room was clean the beds were comfortable the pool area was well maintained. I will definitely stay here again.

I loves the room they put us in. Riggt on the end. Room 200. It fealt as if it was separated a little. Not mu h traffic around it. The room was clean and bright because of the extra windows being on the end. My complaints. First of all, the tap water was horrible. They give you a coffee maker, but no complimentary bottled water to make coffee. If you have the free coffee, you need fresh water to make it. You can't use tap water. 2nd complaint. The hot tub and pool and area around, looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a weak, and the hot tub jets didn't even work. I even stepped on a thorn or something. Ouch! Other than that. We loved the location and the place. We'll give it another shot.

We were happy to get the better price for a hotel so close to the Disneyland entrance. Found the beds to be fine and that is the main thing for long hours at the parks. Shout out to Nicole for great customer service as we checked in after a long drive. Enjoyed a time at the rooftop restaurant meeting family coming from long distance. Convenience and price win!

Don’t let them put you on the 4th floor. There is a club on the 5th floor and the music is thumping until midnight. After the club closes, there is a lot of noise from people dragging and rearranging furniture. Very hard to sleep with all the noise.

We love staying here on our Disney trips for the convenience. The only thing we did not like was the elevator was not of service. We do not travel light and with a baby in a stroller was not fun going up and down the stairs.
