The best part of the hotel was the location and the friendly people at the desk. The listing in Expedia was severely misleading. The pictures painted the hotel to be something much nicer than it was, and representing it to be more luxury. The price did as well. The beds and pillows were not good, and the bedding was cheap and scratchy. The room smelled so musty, and the air conditioner kept cutting off and not cooling the room. It was such a disappointment. However, I must say again that the location was fantastic and the front desk people were so kind.

Basically I expected more. I chose the hotel because of the rooftop restaurant and bar, but its closed Sunday and Monday. They should have mentioned that. The room was ok, not great. The coffee pot didn't work well at all and one light was out. The hotel reception workers were not that friendly. Dissappointed overall

Front desk staff were great, super helpful & friendly. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfy. I was on the fourth floor and there was a private event at The Fifth. The DJ was pretty loud but they closed it down I think around 10 PM? I fell asleep so it couldn't have been that bad.

Samantha at the front desk helped us check in early abd get a room earlier, whoch helped out a lot. The check in was super fast and easy. The room was clean and neat, super comfy bad too. We will be staying here every Disney trip we have. Thank you guys!

The room was clean we were told they only do house keeping by request but the trash was taken out and they brought clean small towels everyday that we were there without having to ask them so that was nice I didn't like that we were woken up by loud people that were standing in front of the office on the 1st night don't understand how the people that were working in reception allowed for them to be out there making all that noise
