Just cheap room... basic everything... its about a motel 6 quality at ritz carlton pricing.... shower horrible, sink dont drain, air conditioner was worthless and noisy all night keeping you awake. Very loud outsider can hear everybody walking by your door... parks spots are horrible no room to even open your doors. They just cram you into this hotel knowing your gonna pay for being across the street from disneyland... if you have choice go elsewhere.

Upon arrive front desk attendant was nice , parking is inconvenient . Once we got to the room it was dirty and had bugs , I called down to let staff know they sent maintenance and said it was cockroaches ! So I asked to move they refused and the manager Rosa was very rude ! She told me I could just leave if I didn’t want that room , after driving 2 hours . Luckily I was able to contact to help me book elsewhere. But never again will I try to stay here with the terrible customer service from the manager . She also refused to give me my receipt stating my refund & when Expedia called her she was rude with them as well . I definitely do NOT recommend this place ever . I also have pictures and videos of these bugs & roaches

The room is little small but very close to Disney land. The pool is good too. The Korean restaurant near the hotel, opens till 1am, is good.

The hotel staff were friendly. It was not humid outside yet everything about our room was. The carpet felt damp to the touch and our clothes seemed damp after they sat in an open suitcase for a day.

The hotel is nice. Clean and everyone is friendly, but having a bar play loud music until midnight is kinda ridiculous when it can be heard from the rooms where people are trying to sleep.

We booked 2 rooms for taking our grandkids to Disneyland for the first time family vacation. One room was ready around 3:00 and told ours would not be ready until 5:00pm. I had called month in advanced when booked to ask for early check in due to flights. Our other room also was covered in ants after the first day. Made a terrible impression. Wanted to create memories you want to cherish, this place was only ok. Rooms looked nice but we had to fix our sink so water would run out and we made it work. Our phone stopped working after first night.
