Front desk attendant was kind and very helpful both at check-in and out. The hotel was in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Hotel room could use some updating but beside that we enjoyed our stay and the food was great!

Decent but not perfect

A decent hotel with satisfactory service. It's slightly cheaper than nearby hotels in downtown Anaheim. They charged overly on parking. Breakfast is too expensive and not included in the price.

I had a great stay at this property. It was about a 15-20 min walk to the parks. Super comfortable beds, great shower water pressure. The floors and walls in the room felt a bit dated but we're clean and had everything I needed. The staff were outstanding, extremely helpful, and exceptionally kind. There were a lot of amenities as well.

This was a BW premiere hotel, but during our six days day, housekeeping did not stop once even to empty trash or replenish coffee. After three days we called to ask for clean towels, additional tissue and to empty the trash. That was a surprise and a disappointment in a “premiere” hotel.

This hotel was good for the area two blocks from Disneyland easy walk. Liked how it had a ton of food options within walking distance. Hotel was average was good for sleeping and going. Thin walls can hear everything from baby crying and people just walking in hallway
