We wanted to spend the day at Disneyland with our Grandkids. The Hotel Lulu was perfect for our day. Disney was within walking distance to Disneyland where we stayed all day. Our car was parked at Hotel Lulu, for a fee even with a nights stay, but we would have had to pay parking at Disneyland so it all worked out. We will definitely stay again.

The room was nice and big, beds were comfy and the view was nice. Employees were friendly but they didn't have enough front of the house staff available. The bathroom ceilings are low which made my 6ft husband feel claustrophobic and the toilet (which sounded like a cruise ship toilet)bowl was shallow so the water was way to close to your butt when you wipe. Overall it was a really nice stay.

The property is an older 8 storey building that shows its age despite the attempts to liven it up. Bathroom fixtures were stiff and water pressure was poor. The highest water temperature was not nearly high enough. And, as I learned when I checked out, if you want room service you need to specifically ask for it. Overall it was an okay place but definitely not 4-star.

Hotel Lulu is an excellent place to stay, has a lot of amenities other hotels in the neighborhood don’t have. The hotel is walkable to Disneyland.

This hotel is mediocre. It has a good location and the cleaning staff is amazing. Parking is expensive and the hotel rooms are outdated. They beds are solid as a rock, some people like that though.
