Overall the property was well staffed, rooms were clean, splash pad and hot tub were good, and very walkable to Disneyland Resort. It was very loud next to the freeway and everything could use a renovation (new carpets, bathroom tile and toilet, etc.

Restful night

Quick Disney trip. Very comfy beds, great service. Mom noticed the noise from the nearby freeway and wore earplugs to bed, but I didn’t notice it all. We did have ceiling windows in the room that couldn’t be covered with drapes to block out the sun, but it also didn’t wake us up as it wasn’t direct light.

Overall the property was very good. 10 min walk to Disney. Restaurants close by. Check in staff were excellent. Lots of advice and help. They were very friendly. Rooms were clean on arrival but we had problems getting the rooms to be cleaned throughout the week. They let us know they were only coming to clean every 2 days which would have been fine, but we didn't get that. One day when they were supposed to clean my partner was sick and stayed in the room. They didn't clean the next day but waited 2 more days before they cleaned. Another time they came to clean as we were getting ready to head out for the day and I asked them to come back in 5 minutes. They didn't come back at all. Room was only cleaned once in a 7 days stay. No food on the property other than a small convenience store. They kids had a great time in the pools, even in the cold weather.

The hotel was a great choice for our family. It was within easy walking distance to Disney and restaurants. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The water playground was a fun for the kids. I would definitely recommend this place.

Overall this was a convenient and walkable location. I would overall recommend but for picky travellers like me here are the dislikes: The bathroom had grime and hairs along the outside edge of the bathtub. It was overall clean but not thoroughly clean. We returned from the park to nap mid day and the music from the water park was PUMPING. There was no one enjoying the water park but lifeguards. The shower didn’t drain but maintenace was called and the problem was resolved.
