I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean. We had a hard time figuring out how to use the digital air conditioning display. The sliding door wouldn't lock. We loved the various shower head options in the bathroom and appreciated having a bathtub. We didn't have any luck reaching a human when we were away and had questions. In fact, we got hung up on 3 times!!! It was news to us that if we had anything delivered, we would be charged to have the bell desk hold anything for us. Lastly, the pillows were terrible! We both had neck aches every day from how flat they were. This has dropped off big time. Years ago, I was enamored by their pillows, so much so, that I even ordered one for my house. The quality has gone down. I did like the options in the gym.

Reception staff not that welcoming. Older barman? Needs hygiene training. Saw him cleaning glasses then wipe his brow with same cloth. He used bare hands to grab olives from jar and put in a bloody Mary.
