Entire Guest House. One bedroom, one bathroom with loft. Three beds, queen, full and twin. Full kitchen, laundry, dedicated work space with docking station, 2 smart TVs. On site free parking. Close to major highways, BWI Airport, Downtown Annapolis, Washington DC, Baltimore, Westfield Mall, Navy Stadium, Renaissance Festival, Eisenhower Golf Course.

The space
There is 750 square foot of living space including the loft. You have your own private entrance, washer and dryer, water heater, and HVAC unit operated by a Nest thermostat. The only thing shared is the water, electricity and the backyard.

Our tap water is totally the best! You must try it before you bring bottled water.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to stay at home and cook dinner or even bake cookies.

Our sprawling backyard is great for frisbee or football.
We have a fire pit and propane grill you can use.

In the summer, I'm happy to share fresh vegetables and greens for your salad.

This was the cutest most perfect apartment and everything about the experience was so easy, from the moment I arrived. Everything was exactly as described, especially the part about tranquility. Sally and Jeremy were the most amazing hosts that you could ever imagine. I had to unexpectedly extend my stay, and the apartment wasn’t available for the rest of my dates. Because I was recovering from a minor medical procedure, they helped me move out and in to my next stay, including driving me there. I don’t know what I would have done without them. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I love this place! We stayed for the Army-Navy game (Go Navy!) and it was perfect. Great location. Plenty of parking. The owners are helpful and delightful. The place was spotless and had everything you could possibly want or need. I literally can not think of anything that could be an improvement. They could give VRBO lessons.

The property is absolutely immaculate! It’s in a great area not far from Annapolis. Every amenity you can imagine was there for us! It was cozy and inviting, and the kids and I enjoyed playing cards! I was thrilled to enjoy my cup of tea in the evening and my hot coffee in the morning. Absolutely recommend and will be returning!!!

Lovely apartment, lovely neighborhood

Everything was as expected, although the loveliness of neighborhood was a bit of a surprise. The accommodations are very private-- I don't recall hearing a single sound from the house the hosts live in. All in all, a great stay, and just minutes from downtown Annapolis.

Commissioning Week

Just what we needed for a week in Annapolis. Spent the week taking in all of the Commissioning Week activities and it was a nice, relaxing home to return to each day. Very peaceful and close to everything we needed. 10 minutes or less to the Navy stadium and 15 minutes or less to downtown Annapolis. Host was amazing! House had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom-well equiped!

Charming, Clean, Quiet Apt!

I had an excellent stay at Sally’s apartment. I booked the night before and even with late notice, it was spotless and stocked with all necessities and more! Tucked into a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Annapolis, the commute into town was easy and fast. I felt super safe and taken care of considering I was traveling alone. Check in and check out was simple and easy. Already looked to book my next stay when I visit the area in July. Unfortunately it’s not available but I’m not surprised as it’s the place to be!

Great hospitality

I stayed with my husband and baby and 2 dogs and it was perfect for us without being crammed. The area is really beautiful and quiet. Easy 15 minute ride into downtown Annapolis. They were great hosts.

Perfect Corbin Cottage

Sally and Jeremy were fantastic hosts and provided everything we needed. Their apartment was clean and perfectly located for our stay. They also were very accommodating when our midshipman had to stay a few nights. I would rent again with no hesitation.
