Dear Mutiat, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We are so sorry to hear that your stay was not what you had hoped. Unfortunately, the weekend you stayed with us, we had some difficulties with the air conditioning which, despite our best efforts, could only be fixed on Monday morning. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. I want to thank you so much for your remarks in relation to a toddler-safe room. This remark has never been brought to my attention, but I will investigate how we can make a few toddler-safe rooms for our future young families staying with us.
