Breakfast was good! Def surpassed my expectations. Rooms were as described. Driveway up is pretty steep- I wouldn't want to do it in icy conditions, but other than that would stay again!

My electric was off at my home. I needed a room for a night till the electrician comes the next morning It was 12 degrees outside , no heat , lights in my home. I booked a place through hotels.com at a local Clarion Hotel. When I showed up the front desk refuse to honor my reservation because I lived a few miles away

We didn't plan to stay in the room long each day and didn't want to spend much on a room, so we chose the Clarion for the location and price point. The staff was courteous, efficient, and helpful. The room was pristine, tastefully done, and looked newly appointed. I was worried at first about the steep hill to get in and out, but the hotel monitored weather and salted appropriately. Entrance and exit was not an issue. Because it is an exterior door type of hotel, I had initial reservations about noise and safety, but we never had any problems with either. The close proximity to everything was especially helpful. For the price, cleanliness, staff, and location, we would definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean. Continental breakfast was good. Two complaints….1 no elevator making it difficult carrying luggage up the steps to your room, 2…rooms facing road were extremely noisy. Heard ambulances, fire engines and police cars all night long. Would stay again but would request room in back.

The hotel renovation is very nice, the rooms were beautiful, clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. However, our rooms faced the highway. The vehicle noise was intolerable. I wouldn’t ever stay there again, but if I did I would INSIST a back room. The truck traffic, hot rods, motorcycles were all bad, but the worst was the ambulances. The road was the main route for traveling to a big trauma medical center. The breakfast was just kinda ok. I took one look at the old hardened scrambled eggs and promptly drove to the nearest Waffle House.
