Fantastic folks working there that go above and beyond to make your stay great. The rooms look recently renovated, and are very clean and comfortable. And the housekeeping staff is just wonderful. Always helpful and so friendly, and they work hard to make sure you have everything you could need or want. Also, the free breakfast every morning is quite good! I couldn’t be happier with my stay, and I will be returning any time I’m in Asheville. Thanks everyone!!

The place is clean and has been renovated. The breakfast served is good and fresh. Our room we have is on the road side which You can hear the cars and motorcycles passing by. It’s best to get a room on the other side which is probably quiet. Texas road house is next door that Serves good food. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

It was a quick stay. We went to Bristol for the ball game and stayed here to shorten our drive home. Bed was comfy, shower was warm! Would def stay here again!

The room was clean and updated with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was very good. However, access to the property is difficult. The turn off the main road is a sharp turn with a steep hill and then you have to drive through the narrow, crowded Texas Roadhouse parking lot.

Front desk staff was amazing. The rooms were very clean. It's an outside entrance hotel, a bit noisy patrons at night, however for the price, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Want to reinforce that the staff was very polite and helpful. Great people.
