We enjoyed our girls weekend at Skylaranna, we would have enjoyed the bar or restaurant being open after our drive up but unfortunately it was not yet open for the season. I didn't realize this place has a "virtual" lobby. No actual front desk. Never saw a staff member, although they were available by phone when we needed the entrance code and a hair dryer. Both times we went out to the hot tub there were a group of kids in it. The lighting of the properties rock driveway is terrible at night. Our room wasn't cleaned for our entire stay. The restaurant and bar weren't open the entire stay either.

Staff was very welcoming of pets, place was very clean, easy checkin/checkout. There pool and hot tub are open 24 hrs!

No staff at the front desk/lobby when we attempted to check in nor when we left in the morning (8:30). No way to get into the room because we later were told that "when you book with Expedia they dont send a "code to your room" which we didnt learn until we stood on a very dark stoop trying to get in. We eventually got into the building but then couldnt get into our room. Eventally we called the emergency number and we were given a code to get in.

The restaurant and bar were excellent! They advised on what to order and we met the chef two of the nights. Cocktails by Ashley were delicious and well priced. Very relaxing atmosphere. The room was small but very comfortable bed and everything else was clean.
