Not the best room for the money. We had issues with the checking where we had to go back down 3 times to sort the card out for the lights. Really small room for £100. Only one man on reception so there was a 25 min delay to check in.

It's proximity to the beach and the old town. Friendly staff and room was very clean 👌. Fridge and Safe in room free to use. We had a very relaxing stay well done 👏.

What a beautiful hotel, ignore the bad reviews I almost cancelled but I’m so glad I didn’t, the hotel is a 10/10 absolutely stunning views of the sea, and surrounding areas, the rooms was cleaned immaculately every day, hotel is spotless. Breakfast was lovely and the staff are lovely. We stayed on the 4th floor and couldn’t have been happier, I recommend to all. Had an amazing stay here.

Lovely but misleading

Hotel was clean, receptionists lovely and helpful, checked us in early even when room wasn’t ready so could explore and come back when received a phone call and go straight to room. Great locker facilities for bag storage. Rooms may not look like the photo at all. Booked an elite sea view double or twin and the pictures were very misleading, only a little canvas to show any sort of pop art. Main lights didn’t work in room either but didn’t bother us so told reception on checkout day.

We are just home from a 4 night stay. Everything went well from check in to leaving, we had everything within walking distance. We had a family room with a nice terrace that included breakfast which was very good, hot and cold food, something different added every day. I have never seen such happy, smiley and helpful staff from every department. We hope to return soon.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were very attentive and welcoming. We had an internal room, which was more than adequate. Air conditioning was ice cold The room was spotlessly clean Will definitely stay there again !!

Would only recommend to pet lovers.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, they would be the reason to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately the hotel room smelt bad of animals and animal food. The floor and the skirting boards were covered in hairs and were filthy dirty and I brought disaffecting wipes and cleaned the floor myself, unfortunately made no difference. The whole experience was distressing and affected my stay and sleep. Saying this if you love animal especially cats you will probably not notice the smell and the hair. I don’t own any pets therefore was a problem for me. The hotel is over looking the beach and is surrounded by bars and restaurants therefore very noisy all night until early morning,

Hidden Gem in Benidorm Old Town

Fantastic and friendly little hotel right near the old town of Benidorm. Great location, less than 100m from the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Nice, clean comfortable rooms with great air conditioning. Staff were super friendly and professional from arrival to departure. Buffet breakfast and €1 deposit lockers in basement are a great touch.
