Our turn-of-the-century home is spacious and clean with modern amenities. And, Lincoln Place is close to EVERYTHING that makes a Boyne City getaway fun and relaxing.

Looking for an action-packed OR relaxing home away from home? Lincoln Place is both — just 3 blocks to downtown Boyne City activities, great restaurants, nearby skiing, mountain biking trails, shops, festivals, and Lake Charlevoix's Peninsula Beach. And, perfect for snow lovers, Boyne Mountain Resort is less than 10 minutes for winter and summer fun from SkyBridge to skiing.

A short drive to dozens neighboring vineyards, breweries, distilleries, artisan studios, galleries and outdoor adventure. Nearby Young State Park is perfect for hiking, beach going, snowshoeing and cross country skiing, too.

Just minutes away, Avalanche Overlook boasts over 300 steps to an amazing view across Lake Charlevoix AND it’s been rated "best sledding hill in Michigan." Remember your mountain bike (or fat tire for more snowy exploring). Boyne City is central to some of the best Michigan trail systems. (Can you tell that we're an active, outdoor family?)

Lincoln Place offers 2,800 sq ft. with two stories. Lincoln Place subtly blends 1900's charm with the luxuries of contemporary living: 5 Samsung smart TVs, zoned heating/cooling, high speed internet and Wifi. Perfect for families and couples with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Lincoln Place provides opportunities for OUTDOOR relaxation on your up-north getaway. In the warmer months, enjoy the seasonal backyard fire pit, grilling area, a competitive game of corn hole and a croquet competition. Begin or end your day relaxing in the solitude of a rocking chair and a good book on the wrap-around, covered front porch or simply reminiscing about the day’s adventures.

Lincoln Place features two master bedrooms, each with king size beds and TVs. The largest of the two has its own en suite bath, and the second suite has a private balcony with seasonal Lake Charlevoix views. In addition to the master suites, guests will find 3 more bedrooms and 2 more full baths, sleeping up to 10.

Two ground floor bedrooms (one queen bed and smart TV; the other with a set of bunk beds and separate twin bed). Second floor bedrooms each have a Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and gas range awaits the chef in your family. A seasonal outdoor gas grill is ideal for the BBQ master.

A rear entry into Lincoln Place provides access to a large mud room and fully equipped laundry area.

Boasting elevated ceilings, the large dining room and adjoining living room provide spacious room to gather.

Parking for 4 VEHICLES ON THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE is allowed. The driveway is a public alley and MUST BE KEPT CLEAR for snow removal and neighboring homeowner access. Should vehicles block the morning plow, a $100 assessment fee will be charged. Should vehicles be left in the alley, renters are responsible for any towing fees.

Boats, campers and trailers are note permitted in the driveway or in the yard. Parking is allowed on Lincoln Street, however responsibility falls on the vehicle owner for abiding to all City ordinances. Boyne City has two public launches for boats and smaller craft.
