Beautiful house with private heated pool. Close to Anna Maria island and beaches. Located near many shops and restaurants. Kayaking, beach horseback riding, fishing, and golf courses are only minutes away. House is newly renovated and has all brand new appliances and furniture. House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom, second bedroom, and living room have smart TV's. There is also a grill for guests to use on the patio. House is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: 6 bikes, coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs , beach tents and pool/ beach toys. There are four security cameras located on the outside of the property that cover the driveway, front door, and sides of the property. There is a $15 fee per day for heated pool in form of check , cash or zelle.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Blake Medical Center. Features include an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The vacation home offers free WiFi and a private pool.
